I'm not sure what state you are in but try contacting the following agencies: Salvation Army, Red Cross, United Way. Also your local churches sometimes help...I am not very religious and haven't attended church in years but there a few churches that will still help out. The won't pay the whole bill but will help out with a portion. Also try your county's local social service office or agency. I'm in Florida so I can't give you specifics. Also if your children are school age you might want to try the schools. I had a situation last year and ended up getting a $100 towards my bill. Another option is calling the Electric Company and finding out what agencies they recommend. They won't volunteer the info unless you ask them. Good luck!

My husband is disabled and receives medicaid. He developed diabetes and as a result his teeth suffered. Due to the fact he also has a heart condition we had a hard time finding a dentist. We were referred to the University of Florida. They didn't even bill his insurance did all the work for free. He did end up having a surgical extraction, but I do believe they do root canals, etc. The catch is that there are students also working along side the actual dentist. Try giving them a call. Good luck all! As you can see this is Florida. As a suggestion for those not in FL check for colleges that have a dentistry program (not just hygenest or assistant)to become a DDS. Good luck! Hello everyone!  I am looking for a website that is totally free that I can find and apply for grants!  I'm interested in free grants to help pay past due bills and also to possible start a busines. All the sites I have been to once you go through the page and get to the bottom there is always some type of charge that it associated with it.  Any info will be appreciated!
